What this course delivers...
This course runs over four one hour sessions and is specifically designed to give complete newcomers and novices to the sport of indoor rock climbing the skills and confidence to continue climbing at the Rockface by themselves.

Please note that this course is not suitable for under 16 year olds. Persons aged 16 or 17 will need to complete an additional lead climbing course and are advised to contact us for further information.

- This course costs £150 in total (ie not per person) for four sessions and is based around either 2 or 3 people. If you haven’t got a partner to learn with, click here to find out about our Climb On courses.
- Like all courses at the Rockface, Europe's Premier Indoor Climbing Centre, we believe in making life easy for you.
- All course start times and dates are chosen by you for your convenience.
- This is personal instruction at its best and is designed around you and your climbing partner's specific needs. You are not in a large impersonal group. This means you learn a lot quicker but at your own pace.
- All the necessary climbing and safety equipment is included. Simply book in advance. Arrive 15 minutes before the start time and wear loose clothing and training shoes.
