Indoor Caving instruction in Birmingham

Here at The Rock Face, we have our very own simulated indoor cave! It is a multitude of twists, tunnels, pipes and squeezes that extends around the back of the walls in this room.

The Cave has been designed so that it offers people with little or no experience of caving a fun, safe and exciting experience in the caving system. There are also harder ways around the cave, allowing even the experienced caver an exciting and adventurous challenge.

The cave is great fun for people of all ages and abilities, with a moving floor, elasticated spiders web and a high plank walk, there is something for everybody to enjoy.

Activities are run with the emphasis on fun and excitement with challenges aimed at each group’s ability. If you are aged 6 to 60, then the cave was designed for you!!!

Caving Options

  • 1 hour Birthday, using the whole system. £70 for 5 people.
  • 2 hour Birthday, including climbing. £100 for 8 people.
  • 1 hour Cave session, suitable for anyone, using the whole system. £50 per session (either 2 or 3 people)
  • 1 hour Family Taster, with climbing. £50 for 5 people.
  • 2 hour Family Taster, with climbing and abseiling. £100 for up to 5 people.
  • We can also provide corporate hospitality - have you tried our blind wine tasting in the cave!
